PowerApps-App (Windows): Impossible to login with conditional access in place

None of our company is able to login and use PowerApps (Studio) App (Windows).

Our company uses conditional access. In order to be able to login to our tenant the user needs to login from a compliant device. While this works fine in most Microsoft apps (e.g. Power BI Desktop App), it doesn't work with the PowerApps (Studio) App. Thus, 20.000+ employees aren't able to use the tool.

The error when trying to login from a compliant device is as follows:

PowerApps-Error_WechselVonHierNachDort.png

The error is (roughly translated):

It is not possible to change from here to there.

This application contains sensitive information and is accessible only for the following devices:
 • Devices or client applications that conform to the compliance policy of XXX administration.

Sign out and sign in with a different account.

Any ideas? I suspect this is a bug and would like to report this as one - how?

Solution for this was a confirmation from the support team that the Windows app is going to be retired and only kept in the store for legacy purposes. Therefore, no changes are made any more. They said, the one and only editor is the web experience.

Done. Thanks for the quick response, @v-monli-msft!

Have you got any solution for this, we are planning to implement conditional access but not sure if this is still an issue?
