PowerApps App for Mobile Adroid - Problem Session Expired

Hi

 

The Powerapps for mobile (Android) expired connection after 1 hour about..... and it does not work anymore.

 

Solve this problem con sign out   and  sign in.....!!!! 

 

I can find a solution if it' s possible....

Ok, thanks for letting us know.  Glad it's working on your other phone.

It should work on 5.1 though, so I'm happy troubleshooting the issue with you if you are interested.  Just let me know.

I think the problem is caused by azure profile policies user (token expired), but I do not know how to solve.....

Did you try signing out and back in?

I try my app in another device smartphone with Android 6.0 and it's OK..

 

Probably problem related to my smartphone with Android 5.1.1

Hello,

 

I have the same problem with an Android Tab.

Session expires after about 1 hour.

The solution that i find, is logout and login again.

I tried with my ATIV Tab with windows 8 and works fine.

 

Theres is a solution for android problem?

What is the Android version and make/model of the tablet?  What version of PowerApps are you using?

Hi,

 

I am also experiencing this problem.

I am running my application on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (6) which is Running Android 5.1.1. PowerApps version 2.0.610

I am also running the application on an  iPad Mini 2, running IOS 10.2.1. PowerApps version 2.0.611

 

I load my app and then leave both devices alone for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

 

When i return and unlock both devices, both apps are running (I can't make any changes on the app as it's currently in a live environemnt).

After closing the app on both devices and attempting to relaunch, iPad works fine but the Android comes up with the error:

Cannot install: You don't have permissions to install this App

 

After closing PowerApps and relaunching twice, I was able to relaunch the app as normal.

 

I am now attempting to leave both devices for longer than 2 hours to see if that makes a difference. 

Would appreciate an update as to why this happens on the Android - Happy to help troubleshoot if necessary
