PowerApps Canvas App in Teams - Edit form loads all fields initially

I'm building a canvas app connected to a Dataverse table in Teams.  Every time I want to add a edit form and connect it to my dataverse table the form automatically adds all 110 dataverse columns to the form and I have to go back and erase most of them that are not needed on the form.  This is a very slow and frustrating process.  Is there any way to stop the edit form from loading all the fields when initially adding the edit form to my screen?  Thank you!

Put the fields that you dont want invisible, maybe

Yes...here is the secret:

Add your form to the app but DO NOT specify the datasource for it.

Then edit the fields and Add a Custom Card.

THEN set your datasource.  It will then ask you if you want to replace your current datacards with the fields from your data source...Say NO.

Then, you can get rid of the custom card and then add your datasource fields as you like.
