Hi Everyone,
My team has been building a PowerApp using a custom connector accessing Azure App Services API. The users are having issues where if they leave the app open in the browser, within an hour or so it gives errors and asks them to "fix connection". This is not a pleasant user experience. There is a refresh Url field in the custom connector setup which we filled in. We tested the Urls with Postman as well. But the connector seems to NOT take this Url and use it to refresh the token so that it stays authenticated for 14 days.
Did anyone run into this issue? any solution you can provide us? we opened a ticket with MS premier support. No solution yet. Any pointers would be appreciated.

We resolved the issue by changing General OAuth to Azure AD.
Hi @bvemuri curious what did those settings look like for when you switch to Azure AD?
