Hi,
I use powerapps custom form for creating a new list item and have following scenario:
1. Create a new item in my list
2. Open the item. I created a button for user to submit the item and status of item changes. When I click on button the change is saved in the list, but form doesn't close.
There is a command on my button: SubmitForm(SharePointForm1) and there are commands on OnSuccess property of the form: ResetForm(SharePointForm1); RequestHide()
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Hi @petergriac
Hi @petergriac
Do you create one customize form as this?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/customize-list-form
Best Regards.

Hi @v-yuxima-msft ,
Yes I create custom form on sharepoint list. After I cleared cache I'm getting an error: web.powerapps.com redirected you too many times.
Regards,
Peter
Ok, now I've got the second problem solved. I can open the form now, but it still doesn't close
Hi @petergriac
What do you mean it doesn't close?
Could you please share the screenshot of your issue?
After you click save or cancel it can't close?
Best Regards.

My problem is following:
I created a button for user to submit the item and status of item changes. When I click on button the change is saved in the list, but form doesn't close.
There is a command on my button: SubmitForm(SharePointForm1) and there are commands on OnSuccess property of the form: ResetForm(SharePointForm1); RequestHide()

same thing happens to me
after I submit a new request using the powerapp form I created I get a success message but the form is still visible on my screen and I have to manually close it.
after submit I would like the form to close and be redirected to the list where I just submitted, only viewing the items I have access to or have previously submitted.
Hi guys.
I'm facing exactly the same problem.
Did someone solve this issue?
Thanks.
