Hi all,

Sounds a lit stuppid but I could not found an answer on the net.

I'm new with PowerApps however I would like to edit my apps in the desktop app

I've downloaded the desktop app however I cannot locate any edit properties within the web or desktop environment.

Could this be restricited in the policy or am I doing something worng?

Re: PowerApps Desktop - How to edit an app

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you want to edit your PowerApps app within PowerApps Studio for Windows (Desktop) or PowerApps Studio for Web?

If you want to edit your PowerApps app within PowerApps Studio for Windows (Desktop), I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

Currently, if you edit an app within your PowerApps Studio Desktop, you would be redirected to the PowerApps Studio for Web to edit your app. You could consider edit your app within PowerApps Studio for Web. Please take a try with the following steps to edit your app:

  • Open your PowerApps Web Portal
  • Within left side menu, click "Apps".
  • Within right panel, click ellipsis icon (...) for the app you want to edit, and then click or tap Edit.7.JPG

More details about editing a app within PowerApps, please check the following article:

Edit an app within PowerApps

Best regards,

Kris
