I am trying to access my apps using the Desktop client. When I log in, it says "You need a current plan or trial to use PowerApps."
I see that my account has the following licenses applied:
PowerApps Plan 2 for Dynamics 365 for Government
PowerApps for Office 365 for Government
Why is the desktop client saying I need a trial? Any workaround?
Thanks,
Dylan
Hi @dtedwards ,
Have you made sure that you are entering the right account information? Have you installed the latest desktop client? Please try to reinstall and try with another pc to test.
Regards,
Mona
Am I entering the right account information? Yes. I have actually tried with a couple different accounts and get the same result.
Have I installed the latest desktop client? Yes, as long as the most recent is the one available through the Windows app store. I am having this issue across multiple devices, including iOS. One machine experiencing the issue is brand new out of the box less than a week ago.
Thanks,
Dylan
