PowerApps Dropdowns from SharePoint List Not Working

Hello,

I have multiple dorpdowns in a canvas app that are connected to a SharePoint list with choice columns. I have completed the app and everything was working fine. But randomly, for what seems like no apparent reason, the dropdowns stop displaying the option fields. Any one have reccomendations on why this occurs? Thank you.

Re: PowerApps Dropdowns from SharePoint List Not Working

Hi @dmann622 ,

Have you taken a try to unlock the Choice fields Data cards within your Edit form, then remove the original ComboBox, and re-add a new one?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider unlock the Choice fields Data cards within your Edit form, then remove the original ComboBox, and re-add a new one (ComboBox) within it, re-bind the new ComboBox to the Choice field in your SP list:

Set the Items property of the ComboBox to following:

Choices([@'YourSPList'].ChoiceField)

then check if the Choice field ComboBox options show up well in your app.

Also please consider turn off the "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, then re-load your app, check if the issue is solved.

If the issue still exists, please consider submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

I have the same problem, if i delete one letter and write it back (from property items) it works.
