The PowerApps form which I have created for SharePoint list stopped loading and is throwing following error in console
suiteux.shell.header.6e66bdc1568f27ff9946.js:1 Refused to load the script 'https://r4.res.office365.com/footprint/v2.9/scripts/fp.js' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' https://contentstorage.osi.office.net https://swx.cdn.skype.com https://res.delve.office.com https://lpcres.delve.office.com https://static.sharepointonline.com https://widget.uservoice.com https://by2.uservoice.com https://www.bing.com/api/maps/ https://www.bing.com/rms/ https://spoprod-a.akamaihd.net https://spoppe-a.akamaihd.net https://webshell.suite.officeppe.com https://az742526.vo.msecnd.net https://fabriciss.azureedge.net https://publiccdn.sharepointonline.com https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com https://spoprod-a.akamaihd.net/files/odsp-next-prod_2019-09-13-sts_20190916.001/ https://r1.res.office365.com https://webshell.suite.office.com https://shellux.msocdn.com https://shellprod.msocdn.com https://shellppe.msocdn.com https://mem.gfx.ms https://amcdn.msftauth.net https://shellprod.msocdn.com https://c1-excel-15.cdn.office.net https://c1-onenote-15.cdn.office.net https://c1-powerpoint-15.cdn.office.net https://c1-visio-15.cdn.office.net https://c1-word-view-15.cdn.office.net 'unsafe-eval' 'nonce-4723efdd-eb8b-4878-9ad8-7cbc8baae3fa'". Note that 'script-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'script-src' is used as a fallback.
The form works fine if I use the default SharePoint List form. This has been working fine, started facing this issue today onwards. Any pointers to fix the issue will be of great help.
Hi @vijvi ,
Do you mean that your sharepoint custom form didn't work recently, but worked well in the past?
I've tested my sharepoint custom form, all of them works well.
I suggest you restore your custom form to another version and edit , publish again.
You could also try to delete this custom form and recreate one.
What's more, plese clear your browser's cache and update the browser to the latest version.
If the problem still exists, please open a ticket:
We are in an Apple Mac Environment only, so we can't use IE. We are on Chrome and Safari.
We just see the Loading Spinner of the Form, but nothing happens!
Our powerapp for our SharePoint list has been working for months and suddenly it stopped loading this morning. We use Chrome and we just see a spinning circle with no error message.
I have tried:
Internet Explorer works, but we cannot use IE in our environment for other reasons. So, it would be great to be able to get Chrome to work. This is a high priority business use so I am trying everything. Any suggestions are welcome!
I have the same problem ,
sharepoint list has been working fine untill this morning!
it keeps buffering but doesnt display any forms on chrome!
any solutions????this is very important 😞
We have the same problem on all our lists with customized forms. It does not matter what browser or what list, it is just spinning the circle.
Was this fixed as I am now having the same issue? It has been working perfectly for months and now all of a sudden the form does not open when we need to add new items or edit items.
I have a lot of user who relies on this SharePoint list to do their work, now because of this they can't.
Is there a solution??
Exactly , same situation alot of users use this sharepoint as a main system in my company!
I hope they fix it very soon , or atleast find a solution!
