PowerApps - Intermittent socket error



I have a custom connector connecting to a hybrid connection. I'm currently getting intermittent connection issues every 15 minutes like below.


One or more errors occurred.An error occurred while sending the request.Unable to connect to the remote serverAn attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions xxx.x.x.xx:xxxx.


This is a live app being used currently and it's very important to us. I've looked through all the configurations and debugging methods that I could find but could find a solution to this. 


Has everyone encounter this? Or can there any help that the PowerApps team could provide ?

Hi @Anonymous,


Have you checked the Firewall settings?

Specially make sure the Port (permissions xxx.x.x.xx:xxxx ) has been set to allow the access.


Besides, if your custom connector is hosted in Azure, then there would be connection limits (according the Service Plan ). And if you hit the connection limit, it might show you a similar error message.
