Customize Forms Option is missing under the PowerApps in my Issue Tracking List. Is it available only for Custom List.
I need "Assigned To" Column in PowerApps. Email has to trigger wheneever task is assigned someone.

For the most part PowerApps only functions with custom Lists displayed in the Modern UI. Legacy lists like the Task list or Issue Tracking list often have additional code that could conflict with PowerApps, so they aren't currently supported.

Thanks for your reply. I need only "Assigned To" functionality with PowerApps. Is it possible to have "Assigned To" field only in custom list.
Email has to trigger whenever item is assigned to a person
Assinged To is basically just a People./Group column. Yes you can create a custom list that includes that kind of column but you'll need to replicate all the other things you are doing with the issue list in the custom list too.
