PowerApps - Launch an Flow email collection creation without sending it

Hi evryone.

I've replicated the exact same configuration from that video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viwUxPmFarY

That procedure sends a collection to Flow / Email.

What i would like to know now it again send to Flow / Email, but instead of sending it it, it would just launch, i would have to click on Send when i'm ready. Could that also be done with the current Flow i have? If not, how can i do this?

Thanks again for your help.

Hi @Wilder1626 ,

One of the failings of the Outlook connector is exactly what you are referring to - being able to compose an email, but put it on your screen to send. I would love to have this as well, but unfortunately there is no present function that does this.

Hi Wilder,

so depending on who you'd like to approve the sending of the email, you could either use the approval function in flow, or notification function.

Approvals Here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/modern-approvals

I'd then build a control where if approved, it sends the email to the user.

hope this helps!

Alex.

Actually, I was not looking for some sort of approval email, but more to let me add manually anything in the body before I click on send.

Sometime i may want to add to the body extra details and snapshots.

Thanks for the information. Hopefully this will be added to a future PowerApps version.
