PowerApps License for Silver Partner now required ...

Received an email saying our Trial with PowerApps will end in 7 days this morning.

We are a Silver Microsoft Partner and build solutions for customers

Does anyone know if Partners who are Silver or Gold must now buy a license to build solutions for customers using a premium connectors and features in the tenant associated with our partner account?
