I have created a PowerApp that uses the Sharepoint connection. Will the users of this app be required to upgrade their license to PowerApps? They would have either an Office 365 Enterprise E2 license, or an Office 365 Business Premium license. Or is PowerApps included with their Office 365 licenses enough to consume this app with no additional cost of an upgraded PowerApps license? I am guessing they do not need to upgrade since Sharepoint is a non-premium connector, and had the app contained a connection to a premium connector or an on premise database, they would need to upgrade.
But, again, my question is in regards to the PowerApps license for users that already have an Office 365 license (Business Premium or Enterprise E2), who want to consume/use an app that connects to Sharepoint.

At this point in time, you will have no issue with your existing user licenses as they include the PowerApps plan for Office 365. Please do note though, this is not P1 or P2, it is specific to Office 365 licenses.
