PowerApps Plans

Dear Experts,

Per user plan it says 2 apps and 1 portal, is this mean one user can create only 2 apps?

Per user plan, is that $40 only for one user? If I have a Per user plan and while others have powerapps for office365 plan will they be able to use the apps that I am creating?

If I use CDS with Per app or Per User plans and create an app, should users also have CDS included in their plan?

Users can create unlimited apps.  They can only use 2 apps and 1 portal having premium connectors.  For example, the user could create a SharePoint app and it would not count against the total since its being seeded by O365.

Yes, its $40 per user per month to use unlimited apps with premium connectors

If I have a Per user plan and while others have powerapps for office365 plan will they be able to use the apps that I am creating?

Yes, others will be able to use the apps you create even if you have a per user plan on your account.  However, to use apps which have premium connectors (example: CDS) the other users would need to pay for a license.

If I use CDS with Per app or Per User plans and create an app, should users also have CDS included in their plan?
CDS is included in the cost of both the $10 and $40 plans.

Thank you @mdevaney  for your valuable answers,

Few Clarifications only,

So, That means using CDS entities cannot I create more than 2 apps with user plan? for example, using the same entities cannot I create more than 2 apps..?

My requirement is, I have to create 3 apps for 3 departments, e.g Sales team should have access to Sales module, while Finance should have only to Accounting module and Storekeeper should have only to Inventory module, So I am thinking to create 3 apps using the same entities, is this possible? if not what will be the solution?

@OsmandFernando

You can create as many apps as you like but a user having a $10 per month plan may only use 2 of them.

There can be as many entities in a single-app as you wish.

According to the licensing faq, the per user plans are stackable. So everyone in each dept would need a per user plan to access the app for their dept, and you would need two user plans to access all apps.
