Hi
I have created a SharePoint Online SharePoint Integrated PowerApps form. I am leaving at the company at the end of the month and I need to add another owner to the app. The SharePoint list is in a subsite but does not inherit permissions from the parent. The new owner has full permissions to the site. When I select the Share command in PowerApps, I receive the following message:
Sorry, there was a problem with the loading of the data. Although, I can add the details of the owner, the Share button is not available. Does anyone know what the cause of this is? I cannot find a solution anywhere.
Thanks in advance

Hi @Renee ,
Are you saying that giving the user full control of the list does not allow them to edit the integrated app? I run two accounts and can edit any forms from either with list full control. FYI the second is a service account and owns all apps and flows, so when I leave, I simply give my successor a password. Be aware you have more than controls to pass over - any non-Power Apps triggered Flows using your account will break when your account is cancelled.
Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

Hi
Another site owner has access to the form. There is a round about way to ensure that she is a the main owner by exporting the form, going into SharePoint and deleting the form and she then imports it. I will try this closer to the time. I have given her access to the PowerAutomate Workflow.
