PowerApps SharePoint Update

Hey there, I am trying to figure out how to solve my PowerApps Problem. I Hope you can help me out:

I Have a SharePoint List with existing entries and my PowerApps Site with Slider, TextBox and AddImage Functions and a Button to Upload all this to the right entry in my SharePoint List.. The Problem is, i can not figure out the right command to use to upload the entries to the right SharePoint entry..

I'll attach some Images, maybe it will Help u to understand what my Problem is. The first 2 Pictures Show the App and the 3 Picture shows the SharePoint list. I want every entry out of the App (Slider, Command, PictureUpload) to update to the SharePoint List Line where it says "ID = 21" if i press the Button "Update".

Do i need to Change the Silders, TextBox, Image Upload as well or can i do it just over the one "Update" Button?

Sorry for my not so proper english, i hope u can understand my issue and maybe give me a quick help.

As i went through below mentioned Issue.

As per my understanding, please find the solution below.

Create an Update Button and Use the Patch Command for Update the Existing Item in sharepoint.

You Can you Command Like Below.

Set(
FixForSelectedItem,
ThisItem
);
Patch(
MasterEntry,
FixForSelectedItem,
{Title: Text(
"TimeSheet_For_" & ThisItem.'Week Start' & "_" & ThisItem.'Week End ',
"[$-en-US]m/d/yyyy"
)}
);
Refresh(MasterEntry);

As per Above Command, you can set the Slider and Image Value and Patch the data to Sharepoint.

FieldName = Slider.Value,
