Hi Everyone,
I've encountered an issue with powerapps over the past few days where users are unable to load the application beyond the loading screen. I've looked through several forum posts online (including this forum) but have been unable to find a fix.
I've tried
- Clearing browser cache – which works temporarily and sometimes does not work at all
- I have turned off the preloading option as per the following forum - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/PowerApp-stuck-on-loading/td-p/790533
- I have created a new simple app which just loads a label with a value (no connectors) and this doesn’t get beyond the loading page.
- I've tried changing the version of the application to a version which worked previously with no luck
I have also noticed that some of the icons on the powerapp and power automate portal are all of sudden missing.
This doesn’t prevent me from working on the flows but it really difficult to see where the links are on the page.
Is there anyone who has encountered a similar issue and have found a solution to the problem?
