Hi Guys,

Is there a way to automatically allow users permisson, because having this pop up everytime a powerapp loads isnt good on the UX side.

Thanks in advance!

Re: PowerApps User Permission

Hi @Shafeel_07,

It’s a default behavior. When you share an app, you are also asked to share your connections. Some resources are shared automatically, while other resources require shared users to take extra steps so that the app works as expected.

The first time shared users open the app, they are asked to sign in with their own credentials. It won’t occur the next time shared users open the shared apps.

Please check this documentation about “Share app resources” for more details:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/share-app-resources/

If you are using SharePoint connector, then there is a workaround so far. You could use a PowerShell solution. PowerShell Cmdlets for PowerApps are here: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/gdpr-admin-powershell-cmdlets/

PowerApps cmdlet in PowerShell is:

Set-AdminPowerAppApisToBypassConsent -AppName put-the-PowerApps-GUID-here -ApiVersion 2017-05-01

You could refer to this thread for more information:
