When I pull up my Power App form in Chrome the form font/text is blurry. In the screenshot below the left screenshot is from Edge, the right is from Chrome (blurred).
I have tried the following to resolve the issue:
It seems that Chrome is the issue.
Any insight on how to resolve?
Thanks!

When I have this type of problem I look at CSS.
Edge Text
Chrome Text
Edge CSS
Chrome CSS
As you can see Edge CSS explicitely sets alpha value to 100%. Chrome CSS doesn't set it. I'm not sure what the default level is. I suspect it is not 100%. It looks faded to me.
Have received reports of the exact same thing happening since of Monday. Have also referred the users to open any P.apps in Edge instead.
Hi @JKnox,
I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
Please take a try to reset your Chrome to default settings, then check if the issue is solved on your side.
In addition, please check and see if the following articles would help in your scenario:

You could also take a try to un-install the Chrome Browser on your side, and then re-install it again to check if the issue is solved.
Best regards,
Kris
@v-xida-msft Unfortunately none of these suggested resolutions worked. I tried all of them and still, PowerApps is blurry.
No other font or text in Chrome is blurry or distorted, only PowerApps.

We've had the same issue and to resolve did the following in Chrome:
1. Navigate to chrome://flags/
2. Find "LCD text antialiasing" and set it to disabled
3. Find "FontCache scaling" and set it to disabled
Also ensure your broswer is set to 100% zoom and double check your font colors to make sure they are not set to a different hue or transparency that is causing the color to change as well.
Best of luck!

@JRaasumaa Thanks for the additional steps. However, they did not work either.
Is the version of Chrome you are using the most recent? Version 67.0.3396.99
I think the problem is microsoft new version of powerapps. Something change after 3.18061.12, because in this version text is ok, but after that its blurry.
Only thing that worked for me was to disable hardware acceleration on Google Chrome.
Chrome > Settings
In the Search Settings type "Hardware Accelaration" and disable:
"Use hardware acceleration when available"
