PowerApps & Power Automate : Send email AFTER getting PoPup on screen in canvas App

Hi,

I have built a form in a canvas App and the items are stored in a SP list , when an item is created I want to execute a PowerAutomate flow to send an email to a specific person. I have built this flow and it works, but the problem is that the email is sent too early.

Now the flow is already executed when the form is still uploading (during the loadscreen (users get to see a spinner)). So the flow has to be executed after all the data is stored in the SP list including the attachments, so in my case, when a PopUp ,is shown after the loadscreen.

Does anyone has an idea to solve this problem? So to execute a flow after all the items including large attachments are stored in the SP list.

Add a step after the 'When an item is created'

'Get item' and use the row ID from the 'When an item is created',

then use the information from the 'Get item' to populate your Email.
