PowerApps and Common data services licensing

Hi!

 

Can I consume or create common data services entities having an Office 365 E1, E3 or E5 license from PowerApps?

No, you would typically need to purchase an individual PowerApps license to use CDS.

 

$10 USD per user per app or $40 USD per user for unlimited apps.

Hi @FabianTars ,

I agree with @mdevaney ,

Your license is not enough to use Common Data Service.

Let me explain more clearly.

Office license including PowerApps supports these feathers:

Obviously, data storage and management in Common Data Service is not supported.

Here are these solutions:

1)buy powerapps standalone plan( per app/per user)

2)use community plan(for free, but could only use personal, it's not supported to share or create environments)

3)use dynamics plan including powerapps

4)buy cds storage standalone  as @mdevaney suggested

acRe: PowerApps and Common data services licensing

when i create a new enviroment, i see the app CRM Hub , which is like a model driven,

why i am still able to create "accounts" entity
