I have a strange problem when someone puts a url to a site in a text input box, PowerApps seems to add extra characters to the url.
This is only happens if you have http or https, not if you just have www.
Has anyone ran into this before? I attached a picture of it happening (It adds : and breaks the link)
There is no formatting in that column, it is just a multi line textbox.
This is being used in the browser. Chrome and Edge to be specific.
I should also specify this happens when using PowerApps to customize a Sharepoint form.
There is nor formula in the box, this only seems to happen if someone is copying and pasting the link in from a brower.
I do not know if this has something to do with it?
I am using it in the web at the moment. I see it is saving it properly to our sharepoint list, the issue is when we pull it back up in PowerApps it is changing the colon into the HTML markup text.
The datafield is set to Parent.Default which it should be.
I tried several url's and they all do this.
Maybe its an issue with pulling the url back from sharepoint?
