PowerApps connection with Salesforce

I have purchased Power Apps per app plan so that I connect Salesforce Premium connection. However every time I tried to connect with Salesforce connection , even after successful login to salesforce , getting error "we are not able to add this connection".
I can't even assign user to the Power Apps per app plan.
 
Need immediate support as highly business critical for my project.

Hi @rajamukherjee ,

 

Could you please share the screenshot of the error?

Are you able to connect with other Premium Connector, e.x CDS?

Please ensure that the username and password are correct, and check whether you select the correct Saleforce API Version.

If everything you think is correct, I would suggest that you could contact Microsoft for further help.
