PowerApps custom form not loading

Hi,

I have a Custom list with a Powerapp form used for Edit/Create/View.

Suddenly, the form has stopped laoding.

Users using Internet Explorer are reporting an issue, where when you click on New Item, the form starts loading but never stops as per attached screenshot.

We tried in Google Chrome and that works ok, the problem is I have already went a long way to make all users use IE for compatibility reasons.

I have attached errors from Developer tools/Console that pop up when the form is loading, not sure if thats any use to you.

Please help, i have a lot of users waiting to submit new reports.

Thank you

Hi @prae,

So your list is not a standard list, but you have customized the list using some development tools? If this is the situation, please tell what have you customized and the related codes. If not, please try to clear cache on IE and then test again.

Regards,

Mona

Hi,

The list is just a Standard list, sorry for the confusion there.

I've tried clearing cache for IE, but it has made no difference.

Ive got some of my users moved over to Chrome and that works fine, also downloading attachments from the form works in Chrome too !

Any other suggestions? I have made a slight change to the form and published it, just in case the issue was in the previous version, but seeing same issue.

Thanks

Hi @prae,

I am having the exact same issue with IE11. and a form customized in powerapps. It has been working fine up until now?

Have you managed to resolve your issue?

I got same issue ('Promise' is undefined) with IE11, but only when I open the Copy Link in a new tab.

When, I open my form directly with +New in my list, my form open correctly.

I place a button that launch that Copy Link in my form and the form load correctly but not when i paste the Copy link in a new tab.

It's strange, it's exactly the same URL.

I am having this issue as well. Initially I was getting PowerApps faild to load and circle login issues but that was fixed by adding PowerApps.com to the privacy exception list. But now this error is stopping people from using the form in IE 11 but it works just fine in Chrome or FireFox or even Edge.

We are seeing the issue as @Anonymous. I have opened a Microsoft support ticket and have had one screen sharing session with support including fiddler traces but they are still investigating.

I have the same issue.  It was a form that was working fine a few weeks ago, but now has the problem.  I tried creating a new form on a new, standard list, and same problem occurs.  "Promise is undefined." in Javascript file listitemformscenario-********.js

Works in Firefox, Cliqz, and Chrome, but not IE11.  Is there a bug document we can follow to be notified when it is fixed?

@grahampasmurf,

I have an open support ticket and demo the issue and was able to get the support engineer to reproduces the issue on their end. The last status update I got was that the support engineer was reaching out to the PG and that sometimes it can take some time to hear back from the PG, so I shouldn't expect an answer back until next week.
