I posted this yesterday and got no response here

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/BUG-SharePoint-Forms-Not-Loading-after-Publis...

Please add your response here so microsoft can see this is not an isolated issue.

Please reply with a SessionId of a failure. Here are instructions for how to get a SessionId: https://aka.ms/PowerAppsSessionId.

You may want to open a support ticket for proper tracking and expediting of your issue: https://aka.ms/pasupport.

Thanks and regards

This is a production system.  Are you asking me to break the production system and get the session ID and then roll back to the working version of the form?

Highlighted

Certainly not - if you've reverted to a working state I would not suggest breaking your app.

The team responsible is aware of the issue reports and actively investigating now. A SessionId can help expedite the location of the errors in the telemetry.

Stay tuned.

Thanks

I guess we will use this thread

It is easy to check.  Open and existing form associated with a SharePoint list form.  Save and Publish

Try and open. .  just spins....  Does this with Edge and Chrome.  Have not checked IE or Firefox.

We have identified the issue are in the process of preparing a fix for this. This issue only happens if your custom form has a formula which accesses data in OnStart event. As a temporary workaround, you can move the formula from OnStart to SharePointIntegration.OnView/OnEdit/OnNew events.

We expect the fix to be released by end of day today/early tomorrow morning.
