PowerApps customize form not loading

Hi,

In my PowerApps form, I have 15-20 attachment limit.

1. I want to know what is the maximum size for each of the attachment?

2. Also when the form is loading, what happen for attachment? Is that loaded as file or URLs?

Thanks

Tanvir Hassan

Hi @thassan,

For your first question, currently, the maximum allowed file size of each new attachment in Attachments control is 10 MB.

More details about the limits in Attachments control, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-attachments#limitation...

Please also check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/add-attachments-to-sharepoint-lists/

For your second question, when the custom form is loading, the attachments file would be loaded as file rather than URLs within the Attachments control. Please check the following screenshot:4.JPG

Thank you so much.

Hi @v-xida-msft, Also just to clearify regarding the attachment that I as saving it as list attachment and when the form is loading it's coming from list. So please confirm that this is okay.

I have another question: is there any way to hide the version from users in PowerApps. I have found that the regular user also can see the version from the detail option.

Thanks
