PowerApps for Managed Service Providers

Hi All!

I'm new to all things PowerApp/Sharepoint/Flow - I work for a MSP and would like to start testing out PowerApps to create customer on-boarding forms - is there any information available to assist with this? By on-boarding, I mean that we fill in customer specific details and then select from a list of available services, with quantities etc etc then submit the form - the end result, initially, is a summary of what we need to provision for the customer. I imagine the form layout would be:

Section 1: Customer Details (Business Name, Contact Details etc etc)

Section 2: Select your service(s) and depending on the services selected, different fields will appear, some free text, some pre-determined drop down boxes etc

Section 3: Review selection(s)

Section 4: Submit

Any help would be greatly appreciated - kinda hoping there is a template I can use!

Thanks in advance!

Dave

Hi @david-bunt,

This seems to that could be achieved using a SharePoint list and create an app using the list.
