PowerApps not initiallizing (Getting Your Data) - existing instances failing to connect to Sharepoint data sources

Powerapps / Sharepoint (data connectors) appear to be down, yet again.  Sorry that I sound upset, but our corporation is seriously doubting the ability of Microsoft to main a business class platform.

Microsoft, we started moving enterprise applications to PowerApps because it truly looks to be a viable platform...but the platform availability is not enterprise class at this time.  We've suffered countless outages since we starting using the platform in January.  Executives cannot access vital business information.  

 

Who at Microsoft owns the platform and is responsible?  I'm paid based on the ability of our systems to be available for work.  

 

Please renew your efforts to make this an enterprise (versus hobbyst) platform.

Could you please share a bit more about your issue? Could you please share a screenshot about it?

Do you custom a form for your SP list using PowerApps?

Further, do you mean that your app screen display the "Getting Your Data" message continuously?

 

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider take a try to clear cache of your browser, then re-generate a new app based on your SP list, then try your app again, check if the issue is solved.

 

If you custom a form for your SP list using PowerApps, please consider remove the custom form from your SP list, then re-create a new one for your SP list, try it again, check if the issue still exists.

Note: Please make sure your machine has enough memory to run your app. And your network is in a good condition.
