PowerApps not loading on iPad

Hi,

Just installed PowerApps on couple of iPads - all of them seems to have same issue - Powerapps is not loading, freezing at start-up screen (purple one). I wait nearly 10 minutes, nothing happened.

I did installed latest version of iOS available, as well latest version of Powerapps.

I think this is a  serious issue and I really need help!

Can you please share the OS version you are running, and the language it is configured for?

Language: English

Region: Australia

I'm not able to repro with the same versions/settings.  Are the iPads connected to WiFi or data connection?  What model iPads do you use?

Hi Chris,

I tried both - WI FI and 4G data - all gave same error.

I am using iPad mini 2.

Tried again on different iPad today (same model) - still not working 😞

Sorry about the trouble.  Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling PowerApps?

Ok, one last thing to try would be to close PowerApps, clear the Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and re-launch PowerApps.

Chris,

Following your answer, I indentified the issue but I will need your help in this.

We are using company's iPads outside the office to record some job results - our field is in security industry. Security Patrol needs to update some info as time of completion, comments on what did they found on site, etc...

Issue is this - all iPads have restrictions on what webpage they can access, in fact only couple of web pages connected to our Sharepoint site are allowed.

Removing all restrictions made application works, so  I assume somehow Powerapps connect to some web page before loading.

If I know which web page is this, I can give permission from iPad and that probably will solve my problem.
