Hi,
I was having the following issue on 5/4/2021 while trying to use my Power App -
"Sorry, we didn’t find that app".
After some time, it got resolved as Microsoft tweeted.
But I am facing the same issue again. The app is not working for external users (same issue occurring).
Please let me know if there is any resolution for this.
I'm having this same issue today with a custom form on a SharePoint list. Two external users, who had previously been able to access the app, suddenly cannot. We've tried clearing the browser caches, trying different browsers, incognito mode - I've also republished, nothing has worked. Has anyone found a resolution?
We are not able to look into the issue. so we have raised an MS Ticket for the issue.
Did you ever receive a response from your MS Ticket? I created a case with Power Platform support but they told me it should work if it's a canvas app. Been trying to duplicate this error with a test account but can't get the same error that our customer who's trying to access the form is.
