PowerApps sending email based on condition.

I am trying to send an e-mail onSelect of the button after checking certain flags(condition) as follows:

If (OOSFlag, Office365.SendEmail(.......),...) but I get error message " The function If has some invalid arguments. Invocation of unknown or unsupported function."

What am I doing wrong?
