I have made a PowerApps app for purchasing order for my company, and this app has been deployed in production since Jan. this year. I just noticed a GUI change in PowerApps portal recently. For example, I used to double click the app name in the portal and the app would run, now I have to click "..." and then "Play" to start running my app.
Now when I run the app straight, everything works as expected, however for the same app when I click "..." => Edit => choose either the web or windows, I get the app up and running, but the content in the gallaries (first page of the app with three fields for each record) are completely changed, the fields I have not intended to show in the galleries show up, everything is messed up and the app looks like a garbage to me. Now I have a app that still runs fine when users access it, but I can't make any modification / improvement to it because the app template is completely messed up.
Microsoft PowerApps team, when you make changes to the software platform, how is your QA done? Have I lost my app because of your software platform change made recently? Can you help me to resolve this issue?

I just made a copy of my app, it looks like the copied app did not work all in that the fields in gallaries (I have a total of 8 of them) were completely different than what I setup. Whether I ran it straight or run it in edit form, they looked the same.
What is the difference between running the app straight and run it with editing? Do you make an executable out of the source file by compilation? if this is the case, is my source app file completely ruined?
Can someone help me on this? Thanks.
We are currenlty investigating this issue and we will support a workaround for customers facing the issue.

I received an older version of PowerApps from you, and it was supposed to be editable. However I can't get it to work. I put the URL in a browser and it leads me to an PowerApp page, I could find my apps, but when I double clicked on one of my apps (it appeared the only option I have), and I got an error message, see file attached.
Let me know how to use the older version of the PowerApps you provided.
We are experiencing the same exact issue.
All of our PowerApps configurations and gallery layouts have been erased. We have over 40+ apps and will need to reconfigure all of our galleries and layouts.
I' m very disappointed in PowerApps.
We are currently working on a fix for the issue which should be released soon.
Meanwhile, the older version that we provided you didn't work because it is older than the version that the app was created with.
Can you provide us with your app version ? This will allow us to provide a specific version that is compatible with your app
you can get this information from the portal (https://web.powerapps.com) by going to the apps page, click on the three dots near the app name and then details, the versions tab should have the latest version the app was using (under the PowerApps Release column)
Thank you for providing the PowerApps old release version. Yes, the release version 2.0.783 indeed works for our apps.
