PowerApps to Flow

created an approval flow where users key in any number they wanted in PowerApps and if the number is above 15, it will send them a message but if it's below 15, it will send a approval request to respective emails.

The Flow does not have any errors but it got stucked "running" and when the respective user clicked "Approve" from the approve request they got something like the image below.

Re: PowerApps to Flow

Hey @insights360

Can you check if the approver has been assigned with a license? The approver needs to have a license to approve or reject requests.

Hope this Helps!

Re: PowerApps to Flow

Hi @insights360 ,

It seems that the Approver doesn't have license to access to Automate, you can go to Office admin or Azure Portal to check and manage the license of user, please check the following two screenshot.
