PowerAppsforAppMakers connector not showing all my apps

Hello Everyone,

I have created an app which displays all my available apps in my environment and then what happens when they select one the app gets launched

My question is how come a few of the apps in my environment are not coming up?

Below is the coding I have for the Item property of my gallery:

Sort(

    Filter(

        PowerAppsforAppMakers.GetApps().value,

        properties.environment.id = "/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/environments/xxxxxxxxxxxx" && properties.displayName <> "User Dashboard"

    ),

    properties.displayName

)

Hi @mpezzutti ,

Could you tell me:

Have you encountered a situation where the model driven app cannot be found?

The connector does not seem to support model-driven apps.

Hello Wearsky

All my apps are canvas apps and that is why I don't understand it

Thanks so much for answering me

Hi @mpezzutti ,

Firstly, could you tell me:

Are the apps you haven't found created by you?

Secondly, Did the filter() function you use filter out some apps?

So , you could try 'PowerAppsforMakers.GetApps().value.name' to  check if there are any apps that do not appear.

Finally, do you have more than 500 apps?

If so, this may be a delegation problem. Please try to change the delegation limit to 2000.

Hi
Here is the answer to your questions
Are the apps you haven't found created by you? Yes
Secondly, Did the filter() function you use filter out some apps? It filtered out 2 apps that I created
So , you could try 'PowerAppsforMakers.GetApps().value.name' to  check if there are any apps that do not appear.
When I try and put .name it gets errors
Finally, do you have more than 500 apps?
I have 100 apps approximately
In the setting of this app the delegation is set to the maximum 2000
Anyway thank you so much for helping me

Hi @mpezzutti ,

I can run the formula normally, as shown below. I used the items property of a combo box control.

Could you tell me what your error is?

Wearsky

Hello

I am using a gallery and in the items property when I use .name it creates an error on properties.environment.id

 and I hover over the error part and it says Invalid use of '.'

thanks

Hi @mpezzutti ,

Please try this :

1\ Add another gallery control and set its Items property to:

PowerAppsforMakers.GetApps().value

2\ Insert a label control into gallery and set its Text property to:

ThisItem.name

3\ The result is as follows:

All your apps will be returned in the gallery control.

You can try to find apps you haven't found before.

Best Regards,
Wearsky

Hi @mpezzutti ,

This is a strange phenomenon.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce your problem.

So, I suggest you support a ticket. Here
