I am making a powerbi app in which the user can save comment for selected value. For this used powerapp and save the comment to sharepoint list.
Now the user want to provide him a check box so that he can duplicate the same comments for further months.
I have two queiries here
1. If a value s selected for a particular date then how will I pass the rest of the dates
2. How to Save the comment for all the date values by button click.

In addition to the Text Input control, have you tried the DatePicker control in PowerApps?

For the saved comments, it is recommended to take use of another special table to store this information, then take use of the Dropdown, with the filtered results for the special user.
For example, comments saved for PersonA, under Date 2019/01/01, target issue topic is "Here".
Based on this, the Dropdown items property should be:
Filter (CommentsTable, Name=User().Name, Date=SelectedDate, Topic=SelectedTopic).CommentsFields
