Powerapp help on gallery tab and display image details in form from attachment

Hi all, 

thank you for taking your time to see this message.
i have 2 issue.
1st issue is i have this gallery tab button that contain basic info, HR, IT, Onboarding.
how can i hide HR tab so that non HR personal can not see this tab.
i have this HR sharepoint list that contain all the HR email address and wondering if i can use that HR sharepoint list.

this 2nd issue does not relate to first issue.

2nd is i have a detail form and have an attachment that staff need to add their photos.
how can i have the detail form to show image from the attachment?

@AJ_Z i have tried and no issue to the formula.
but i am still able to see the HR Tab even i am my name & email not in the Admin security control sharepoint list.
does it affect as due to in am the creator?
Or because there is an gallery in the HR Gallery Tab button ?

Hi @AJ_Z ,
can i check with another question.

I not sure whether this is the correct way to do or not.

i have set another row of gallery tab button which upon clicking checklist, this 2nd row gallery tab button will appear. 
this 2nd row of tab button also have different visible information to be shown according to the 2nd row button selected. such as Prior to start, First day, things to explain etc.

When the ClickList and any 2nd row button selected the data to the respective button show but when i select Info, HR, IT button, the 2nd row data will still remain in the screen.

How can i only allow the data to be shown on the 2nd row gallery tab and not show on the first row gallery tab button.

you need to do this by setting and updating a variable with true or false depending on what is clicked. i can show you how to do it in a call if needed but essentially. Onselect of the buttons you must check if the required button is clicked if so set the variable to true else set the variable to false. let me know if you want me to show you 🙂

Happy to help, Please remind me what is the visible property for the gallery with the information and what is the Item (data) field. Also what is the onselect for checklist

HI @AJ_Z ,

there is 2 different gallery button row.
First row is  info/HR/IT/Checklist.

Once checklist is selected the bottom row Prior to start etc will appear.

Selecting the Prior to start /  First day etc will have the 1 checklist form to appear.

each data card will appear on different button selection.

But once i selected back to basic info /HR / IT.
the form in the checklist will still remain appear.

For the 2nd row button,
It item properly / visible property and onselect.

For the Checklist Form Item properly & visible property
