Powerapp loads on Android and WIndows but not on iOS

Hi I have a powerapp that works well on Android and Windows but doesn't fully load on iOS.  I get the header bar and some text but the buttons etc do not show up.  Is there anything I can do.

Also, I have a fork of the mentioned above with different name and no additions, saved for backup.  That app loads perfectly on iOS but if I go into it and do save as to have another copy or another name it breaks functionality with iOS.  

Anybody have any suggestions?

Hi @polska2180 

Can you please check if you have the latest version of PowerApps installed on your iOS device? Also, try clearing out the cache of the powerapps app.

Thanks but that doesn't solve the problem.  All those step including reinstall completely, different iOS devices and iOS versions were tried too.  This is not isolated to one device but 100 different iOS users whom cannot pull up the app fully.
