Re: Powerapp not seeing sharepoint list

Could you please explain more details about the whole scenario?

Do you mean the tables from Access Web App has been imported to SharePoint list?

What is the list type?

I am not familiar with Access Web App, maybe @Meneghino could share some insights here?

Difficult to comment since I am not sure how you 'convert' an AWA to an SP site.  More details would be welcome.

Re: Powerapp not seeing sharepoint list

I'm  having the same problem - however intermittant. After creating lists to drive PowerApps, some users see the data pulled from the list into the form, and some don't - even though they might have seen data before.  We reset their account and then they can see the data again. We get an error that says that access to the server was denied. We are on O365 E3.  Not sure what other details you need to know... Sometimes PowerApp form works great, sometimes access is denied. Once access seems to be granted, it seems to consistently work. But we do not understand why access is not granted in the first place. Tried on different browswers with same results. Most are using web accesss.

error code says:

An error occurred on the server. Server Response: Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource. clientRequestId: O3494d 1 12-b0bb-4c04-bc06-a8a2bb672084 serviceRequestld: 064b519e-907a-5000-822b-1869aOf6a21 b
