Powerapps Error (unable to access app)

i get below error while accessing the app.

This app stopped working. Try refreshing your browser.

Yes. it was internal network issue.

Hi @jshah,

How are you trying to access your app? Are you:

  1.  Trying to open it in the editor?
  2.  Trying to run it from the editor?
  3.  Trying to run a published version?

Have you tried Publishing your app and then refreshing your browser, and then loading it again?

yes. i am able to open in edit mode. i tried all the steps already that you have mentioned but no luck. i have created a case with Microsoft. lets see how quickly they could resolve.

Hi @jshah I'm sorry to hear you were experiencing this error. Have you recieved any assistance from MS Support?
