Powerapps Meeting Screen

I would like to confirm why the Meeting Invitation could not be sent successfully after you press the "Send" button by using the Powerapps Meeting Screen template. No any error was showed up.

The connection to data is ok. I could ge all the information.

By the way, "Formula-level error management" option within Advanced settings of App settings was set to ON.

I don't know whether that would impact the results.

Re: Powerapps Meeting Screen

Hi @Tiffany-Jo ,

Do you mean that the Meeting Invitation could not be sent out successfully?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider take a try to change the Office365Outlook.V2CalendarPostItem function into Office365Outlook.V3CalendarPostItem function, then check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider take a try to set the OnSelect property of the "IconSendItem1" to following:

/*sends a meeting invite if necessary fields are filled out (attendees, subject, meeting time selection)*/
Set(_myCalendarName, LookUp(Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTables().value, DisplayName = "Calendar").Name);
Office365Outlook.V3CalendarPostItem( /* <-- Modify formula here. Type Office365Outlook.V3CalendarPostItem() function directly rather than save it into a variable */
                                   TextMeetingSubject1.Text, Text(DateAdd(DateTimeValue(_selectedMeetingTime.StartTime), -TimeZoneOffset(), Minutes)),
 Text(DateAdd(DateTimeValue(_selectedMeetingTime.EndTime), -TimeZoneOffset(), Minutes)),
 {RequiredAttendees:Concat(MyPeople, UserPrincipalName & ";") & _selectedRoom.Address, Body: TextMeetingMessage1.Text, Location: _selectedRoom.Name, Importance: "Normal", ShowAs: "Busy", ResponseRequested: true});
   Set(_selectedMeetingTime, Blank()),
   Set(_selectedRoomList, Blank()),
   Set(_selectedRoom, Blank()),
   Set(_roomListSelected, false)

If the issue still exists, please consider re-create a new app, then add a Meeting screen in it, take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.
