Powerapps Monitor not working

I get the following message when I open Monitor for any of my apps.

 

"Your session is currently disconnected. Try reconnecting by closing this tab and reopening Monitor through the Power Apps portal."

 

I have tried re-opening and get the same message each time, any help appreciated.

this is also happening to me. the trouble is that some users can and others can't. Did you ever find out why?
