Hello All,
We are looking to transition from our infopath forms to powerapps. Currently a new instance of a infopath form can be opened, filled out and submitted and it saves to a document library. Basically we are looking for the same functionality in powerapps without making dozens of clumns in a sharepoint list. How can we upon submit, convert to form to an HTML or PDF rrepot and have it save to a sharepoint document library and also email out the form?
To converto to HTML just create the script with Concatenate and other text functions using the values from the individual controls.
To save to a SharePoint document library and email, use Flow initiated by a button in PowerApps.
Please let me know if you need more details to the above.
Do you have an example script? I haven't done too much in that aspect.
