Powerapps app for tablets

Hi,

I have problem with powerapps licence and I can't find what is a reason.

I was create one app but for tablet screen and now I must start trial period before open that app in Office 365 Dynamics.

Does anyone know is it tablet mode(I doubt the app resolution) a problem for standard licence? I don't use any premium connector or something else.

My other apps for phone work good, I have only problem with app for tablet screen.

Re: Powerapps app for tablets

Hi @amko777 ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you mean that the Tablet Layout app could not be opened but the Phone layout app works well?

Further, do you use Office 365 license to run your canvas app?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. I think this issue is not related to app layout.

Please check if your Office 365 license has been expired already. In addition, please also check if you have specified some On-premises data connector or premium connector within your app.

Note: Currently, the On-premises connector is not available for Office 365 license. Please refer to the following article for more details:
