Powerapps does not load multiline sharepoint list column when item has an attachment

I have witnessed a very peculiar behavior in powerapps that I believe to be a bug. But I am a beginner, so maybe there is soemthing I'm not understanding correctly.
I have a simple App created with PowerApps that is connected to a sharepoint list. The app is supposed to showcase inventory and has an option to add inventory, too. The images of the inventory items are attachments in the sharepoint list. Now to the weird behavior. When I try to see all properties of an item, in a view form for example, the items description will be loaded if there are no attachments to the item in the sahrepoint list, but the descrioption will not show if there are attachments to the items in the sharepoint list. the description is the only multi-line-text-field in the sharepoint list. I hope I could make my point clear. It is confusing me and would like to hear if there may be an explanation to this or if it is in fact a bug.

cheers

Yes, that's basically it. I think it was really just a bug. I just deleted the sharepoint list column in question and created a new one with the same specs and now it works as intended (and as is intuitive)

thank you for replying though!

hi @tkn

Can you share more information how you went about this.

Assumptions:

Datasource = SharePoint

Components: form to display selected item

Gallery (or another control) to select item

Form's datasource = SharePoint

Form's Item = Gallery.Selected

Is this or something similar the method you followed?

Regards,

R
