Powerapps/flow plan

Hi,

I am thinking to store information in SharePoint lists(with relationships: 1 to many), but when I see CDS looks interesting.

If I create a flow using a premium connector (to CDS), the users that run this flow needs a plan 1/2 too?

Thank you!

Re: Powerapps/flow plan

Hi @MichelFleitas ,

If you just need to run flow connected with CDS, you just need P1.

But if you want to develop/manage/modify the flow connected with CDS, you need P2.

Here's a similar issue for your reference:

Re: Powerapps/flow plan

There hasn't been a firm clarification on this in writing from Microsoft.  But my understanding is that anyone who uses a Flow (even though it runs in the developer's context) needs to have a license for Flow. That would suggest that they would also need to have the appropriate license. For CDS that would be at least a P1 to access CDS entities.

Re: Powerapps/flow plan

HI @MichelFleitas

I believe it will be based on the flow configuration. So for the run as users if you want them to provide their credentials to connect to the services/ connectors used in the flow then they will definitely need the license.

Hope this Helps!
