Powerapps no access to SD Card

I'm using excel as a datasource on OneDrive and I have a PowerApp that allows me to select a picture to add to the items.

This works though the web client and the Windows PowerApps.

On Android and iOS the sd card or storage is greyed out so I cannot select an image to upload.

The PowerApps app has access to the filesystem, according to the Permissions.

What can be the problem?

Hi Dimi,

I cannot reproduce your issue. I successfully added a pic in iOS10.0.2. See below screenshot:

In that case, would you take a screenshot of the place that greyed out on you phone?

Hello Mona,

I guess I wasn't clear. It's when you hit the 'Tap or click to add a picture' like in your example that I get to my phone's filesytem, but all the content is grey. I can't select a picture anywhere, not on internal storage, not on the SD card.

I've taken a look at the Permissions in Android for the Powerapps app and it has access to Storage, like it has access to the microphone and camera.

Thanks for reporting this issue, Dimi.  I have filed a ticket with the product team.

This should be working in our latest release.
