Non of the users can visualize the apps in the browser, the webplayer is not working either, it just remains loading. This is happening with all the apps since couple of weeks back, but in the mobile they are workinkg just fine.
Can you try to get the session details from the browser sessions which are failing? If you are on the "splash" screen use ALT + right Click to get the session details dialog. Otherwise us Settings (gear) -> Session details.
My guess is that your company might be blocking certain address which are causing the app to fail.
Can you make sure your company is allowing traffice to the services documented in this article?
