Powerapps per App Plan - Assignment

When I add a per-App Licence Pass in the Powerplattform Admin Center, how will this be assigned? When a User uses an App and automatic gets a Pass, will the pass be released after the User closed the App? Or how long is a pass assigned to the user? Can I see somewhere, to which user the pass is assigned? 

I hope you understand my question, and thanks for any help.

The pass is deducted once the user access the app and remains assigned to the user and does not get released when the user closes the App.

Currently you can't see which pass is assigned to which user but you can see in general the remaining passes by loging into admin.powerplatform.com ->Capacity

Thanks for your reply. When gets the Pass released from the user? Do I need to make this manually? What if a user don't need the App and generally don't need PowerApps any more? What will heppen with the pass?

In this case you will need to remove the user access to the app.
