Hi,
From yesterday, the users of an app that has been running from 2017 are getting the following message and they cannot open the app:
"This app uses features that come with PowerApps premium plan. Start a trial to use these features".
The app is having a connection to Sharepoint and another one to Azure SQL so I don't get why they are receiving this message now. Could you help me to identify what are those premium features?
The app ID is: fe85743d-f27d-748e-a2f0-491a04060c07
Thank you,
Sergio
Sounds strange!
Make sure you dont have any unused connections in your PowerApp. For SharePoint (Online) and Azure SQL there are no specific license requirements (no need to Plan 1 or Plan 2).
Otherwise, create a support case to sort it out.
I even removed all the connectors to test it and it was still coming with the same error...
Hi, still waiting on someone from MS to have a look at this.
It seems is a user related thing instead of an app related thing because some users have that error, others haven't.
Some of them yes. We recreated the ones that have that issue in the past.
